Hi, I’m Francis 👋
A senior visual & brand designer with 10+ years of experience building global brand systems, product launches, growth design, and AI-driven initiatives across tech and cultural organizations.

I sit at the intersection of brand, product, and marketing, translating complex ideas into scalable systems, clear narratives, and work that drives real business impact—across consumer, enterprise, and global markets. I care deeply about how things work, why they matter, and who they’re for.

Beyond my day-to-day work, I’m deeply involved in the design community. I’ve spent the past two years mentoring designers on ADPList, and I’m a member of the Academy of Interactive & Digital Arts (AIVA). I also serve as a judge for international design awards including the Communicator Awards, the w3 Awards, and the Davey Awards.

Lately, I’ve been intentionally leaning into discomfort—on and off the screen. I’m currently obsessed with tennis, skiing, and surfing, not just for the sports themselves, but for what they teach me about adaptability, risk, and growth. Trying things I used to be afraid of has become a personal practice—and it’s shaped how I approach design, change, and collaboration.
